Preorder Form lets a seller set up a limited-batch page, list item quantities, choose an order cut-off and add pickup details. Customers reserve online and pay the seller at pickup on the free plan. Sellers can download customer email addresses, orders, batches, items, prep lists and discount codes.
Automated customer email-outs and online Stripe payment processing are planned paid features; they are not live yet. You do not need online payments to use the current free preorder page. Printable templates and online pages are separate: the downloadable files do not create an account or send orders into your dashboard.

Yes. Templates marked available now can be downloaded without paying or entering an email address. The licence allows personal and business use, but does not allow reselling or redistributing the blank template itself.
PDF and Word files are generated for A4 and US Letter. Choose the paper-size option on a template page before downloading. Excel files use an A4 print setup by default; you can change that in the workbook settings.
Yes. Use the fillable PDF for typing into supported PDF readers, or open the Word and Excel versions to adjust labels, add branding and change fields. Review the final layout before printing or sharing with customers.
