Printable template licence
These terms cover the free printable order forms published by Preorder Form.
What you can do
You may download, print, edit and use the templates for your personal or business order-taking. You may add your own business name, logo, product details, prices, contact information and terms. You may make copies for your own staff or customers as part of taking orders.
What you cannot do
You may not sell, sublicense, publish, upload, or redistribute the blank template files as a standalone product or template pack. You may not claim that Preorder Form created your business content or that the sample terms are legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the finished form, your prices and order details, and any local rules that apply to your business. For food products, confirm ingredients, allergen information, safe handling and labelling against your own recipes and requirements. These templates are provided as practical starting points without a warranty that they meet every business or legal need.
