How to use a preorder template
Start with the product and the date you can reliably fulfil it. Add clear item names, prices and option details. Set a quantity limit for each choice, then choose an order cutoff that gives you enough time to prepare. Include a pickup window, exact location and any arrival instructions customers need.
Share the page with the people most likely to order: your existing customers, local community or event audience. Check the order totals before committing to ingredients, stock or packaging. Use the prep and order downloads to organise the handover. On the free plan, customers reserve online and pay you at pickup. CSV downloads are available for customer email addresses, orders, preorder batches, items, prep lists and discount codes.
Online Stripe payment processing and automated email notifications are planned paid features and are not live yet. You do not need to connect online payments to use the current free pickup workflow. Do not treat the sample products, prices or quantities on these pages as market rates; they are prompts to help you plan your own offer.
