Preorder Form

PREORDER FORM TEMPLATES

Seasonal and holiday preorder forms

Seasonal preorder pages help small sellers organise orders around a date that matters. Use a limited batch for holiday food, set a firm order cutoff, and explain when and where customers can collect. These examples cover Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and gift occasions, with details such as storage, collection dates and product choices made explicit. Preorder Form is free when customers pay at pickup, so a seller can start with a shared preorder page instead of managing every reservation in separate messages. Event dates and local food requirements vary, so confirm your own schedule and local rules before opening orders.

A seasonal preorder form collects reservations for a holiday or event batch. Sellers list the available items, set quantities and an order cutoff, then share one page with customers. Customers reserve ahead and pay when they collect locally.

What to include on your preorder page

Make the choice easy to understand before a customer reserves: show what is included, what each option costs, the quantity available and when orders close. Use a pickup window and location that are specific enough to prevent uncertainty. If the offer changes by season or event, identify the relevant date and explain any limits or substitutions.

Preorder Form groups reservations and gives you order, item and prep lists to work from. The free plan supports in-person payment at pickup and CSV downloads, including customer email addresses and order records. Automated email notifications and online Stripe payments are planned paid features, not current functionality.

For food offers, check your local rules for safe handling, labelling and allergen disclosure. Examples on this page use illustrative item names and quantities, not product claims or customer results.
