PREORDER FORM TEMPLATES
Merch, makers and markets preorder forms
Makers and community teams can use preorders to coordinate a small production run without guessing quantities. Show the available product choices, collect the details needed to prepare each order, and set a local collection window. A shared page can replace separate messages and scattered size lists for items such as hoodies, shirts, flowers, candles or market bundles. Preorder Form supports limited quantities and local pickup; it does not arrange shipping or process online card payments on the free plan. Clearly state options, lead times and the collection plan before customers reserve.
A maker preorder form is a shareable page for reserving a limited product run. Sellers list available options, set quantities and local pickup details, then share one link. Customers choose an item and pay when they collect.

What to include on your preorder page
Make the choice easy to understand before a customer reserves: show what is included, what each option costs, the quantity available and when orders close. Use a pickup window and location that are specific enough to prevent uncertainty. If the offer changes by season or event, identify the relevant date and explain any limits or substitutions.
Preorder Form groups reservations and gives you order, item and prep lists to work from. The free plan supports in-person payment at pickup and CSV downloads, including customer email addresses and order records. Automated email notifications and online Stripe payments are planned paid features, not current functionality.
For food offers, check your local rules for safe handling, labelling and allergen disclosure. Examples on this page use illustrative item names and quantities, not product claims or customer results.
