Fundraisers and community preorder forms

A fundraiser preorder page gives a school, club or community group one place to list what it is selling and how orders will be handed out. Set a limit for each item, publish a closing date, and tell families where to collect. Orders are easier to total than paper sheets or a busy group chat, and the organiser can download order data from the free plan. These examples cover general fundraising, school campaigns and bake sales. The page does not replace local fundraising approvals or food-safety requirements; organisers should check the rules that apply to their group and location.

A fundraiser preorder form lets a group collect item orders before a sale or collection day. Organisers list products, set quantity limits and pickup details, then share one link. Customers reserve their choices and pay in person at pickup.

What to include on your preorder page

Make the choice easy to understand before a customer reserves: show what is included, what each option costs, the quantity available and when orders close. Use a pickup window and location that are specific enough to prevent uncertainty. If the offer changes by season or event, identify the relevant date and explain any limits or substitutions.

Preorder Form groups reservations and gives you order, item and prep lists to work from. The free plan supports in-person payment at pickup and CSV downloads, including customer email addresses and order records. Automated email notifications and online Stripe payments are planned paid features, not current functionality.

For food offers, check your local rules for safe handling, labelling and allergen disclosure. Examples on this page use illustrative item names and quantities, not product claims or customer results.
