Write the customer's colour choice in the Colour column and update the editable copy if your sale offers a fixed list. Confirm availability before including it in the final group order.
What does the pickup status dropdown mean?
Choose Pending until the customer has collected the order, then mark Collected. Use the notes area for a pickup arrangement that needs clarification. Keep the choice with the related customer and product details before confirming.
